Personalised Health Assessment & Goal Setting We begin with a comprehensive assessment using functional bloodwork to uncover underlying factors impacting your health. Alongside a consultation to explore your lifestyle from nutrition and movement to stress management, sleep quality, and environmental influences, we use this information to create tailored goals and a personalised 3 month wellness plan based on your unique health profile and lifestyle needs. 2.
